Change-Risk Radar
Timeline of Salesforce admin changes, scored by blast radius
What Change-Risk Radar shows you
Salesforce writes an audit-trail row for every admin action. This page pulls that log, scores each event by blast radius, and lays it out so you can spot risky recent changes at a glance.
What it does
Pulls the last 30 days of SetupAuditTrail from Salesforce (permission-set grants, profile edits, metadata deploys, connected-app installs, etc.) and scores every entry.
What the score means
Blast radius (0–100) estimates how broadly a change could affect users, data, or access. Base score comes from the Setup section (e.g. Manage Profiles = 80); it's bumped +15 for destructive actions (delete, install).
What to watch for
Critical / high events spiking after quiet periods, a single actor making many high-blast changes, and off-hours activity — especially weekends. These often precede an incident.
