What the Restructure Studio proposes
Seven move types across two axes: object/field access (Permission Sets) and record access (Role hierarchy). Every move carries an auto-generated rationale, preservation percentages, equity delta, and blast tier — the consultant accepts / rejects each, exports a CSV of the accepted sequence.
Uses GAEA utility scores as a signal but never modifies the equity engine. Fully additive.
